PEAK challenges teamwork and cooperation through climbing a treacherous mountain, where the goal is to reach the top. Read on to learn how it plays, what it's about, and everything else we know so far.

PEAK Gameplay

Players will control their own customizable character as they scale the mountain through hostile biomes with their team to reach the summit. Teamwork is a must here, helping each other up ledges, or even using helpful tools like ropes and climbing spikes to create a path of some sort. There is also the option to scale the mountain solo.
However, players will also need to be mindful of their own survival, with the need to be nourished with food and to manage injuries when hurt. Scavenge for questionable (but most likely edible) food, look for items and tools to keep your stamina and health up. Make use of every advantage present!
What makes PEAK unique is that the map of each biome will randomly change every 24 hours, providing a fresh outlook every single day. As of the newest August update, there are a total of six biomes to climb through, namely the Shore, Tropics, Alpine, Mesa, Caldera, and The Kiln. The Alpine and Mesa biomes will alternate depending on the day’s generated mountain.
PEAK Story Plot

While on a flight to a certain destination, tragedy befalls the players as their plane crashes into an isolated island. With nothing but the clothes on their backs and the remnants of the luggage to guide them, the brave group of nature scouts head to the center of the island in an attempt to find rescue at the peak of the mountain. Will they have what it takes to reach the summit, at the PEAK?
