Helldivers 2 Gameplay
Helldivers 2 ditches the twin-stick shooter gameplay of the first game and completely replaces it with a third-person over-the-shoulder view. What used to be just a small armored bug on your screen is now much larger up close, and definitely much more menacing.
Just like in Helldivers 1, you’ll have access to a variety of different weapons and stratagems. Optimize your loadout for the situation you expect to be in. If you’re expecting heavily-armored enemy units, ditch the regular assault rifle and go for laser weapons, explosives, or call in an airstrike with your stratagems. Keep in mind that friendly fire is just as dangerous as enemy units, so make sure you’re mindful of where your allies are.
Helldivers 2 Story Plot
Helldivers 2 lets you play as an elite soldier among the Helldivers, the greatest military force the galaxy has ever seen. Join the fight for freedom as you eliminate monsters who threaten the peace. Your duty as an enlisted member of the force is to capture enemy planets and defend against invasions, which will undoubtedly help protect managed democracy.
