GUARDS! Story Plot
GUARDS! is set in New Alestead, where violence is rampant and crime rules. You are part of the City Watch, and it’s up to you and your squad to take back the city and rid the streets of crime. Take out bad guys, secure contraband, and defeat the kingpins who rule the underworld.
There are three factions you have to watch out for. There’s the Fogtoof Boyz, a violent orc gang, the Commission, a band of rogue merchants, and the Corpse Cult, which turns its followers into zombies. Take them down and the city is ours.
GUARDS! Gameplay
GUARDS! will feature co-op PVE FPS gameplay and a vibrant low poly art style. It’s set in the medieval period, so expect to wield swords, maces, crossbows, and the like. You’re professionals, so you stake out the sites first to plan accordingly and execute once you’ve observed enough to know how the bad guys operate. Deliver justice and uphold the law in the name of the crown.
