Croak Story Plot
Once upon a time, there lived a kingdom who lived in peace and prosperity. However, under mysterious circumstances, the entire kingdom, along with its prince, was cursed, turning into various animals! What’s worse, deadly prickly vines have appeared everywhere!
The prince, now a frog, must use his newfound frog skills to traverse his now deadly kingdom, avoid getting hurt, fight against rogue animal subjects and townspeople, and investigate the truth of how the kingdom got cursed in hopes to reverse it!
Croak Gameplay
Croak is a precision platformer that harkens back to the classics but with a modern twist. The frog prince will make use of their super tongue to dash and bounce through any obstacle, clinging, sticking, and bouncing off of walls to reach new heights! Each of the challenging rooms in the game will all be handcrafted, and thus will bring its own unique challenges and interactions with the frog’s tongue! Adapt on the fly, maybe catch a fly on the way, and hop your way to breaking the curse!
