Afterlove EP Gameplay
Over the course of 28 days, players will control protagonist Rama on a life adventure that will determine his future. He can mend neglected relationships, form new ones, pick up the guitar once again, and slowly move on from the grief that has been resting heavily on his shoulders since the passing of his beloved.
Afterlove EP is mainly a dialogue-heavy visual novel, but it incorporates elements of rhythm games and dating simulators as players control Rama’s decisions and change his fate through branching storylines and multiple endings.
Afterlove EP Story Plot
Set in the bustling city of Jakarta, Indonesia, Afterlove EP follows protagonist Rama, a young musician who is currently struggling to move on after his girlfriend, Cinta, passed away. Overcome by grief, he had shut out everyone else from his life for more than a year. He has turned away from music, his mental health, and his relationships with everyone.
However, a critical gig that can make or break his band’s future is coming up in just one month, and his band is more than determined to make it work. Rama has exactly 28 days to get it all together, juggling between music and mending the broken connections he had neglected over the past few months. Will he come to terms with his past and regain his music prowess, or will he succumb to despair once again? Guide Rama on this journey of love, loss, and acceptance.
