As was announced during the 2024 Xbox Games Showcase, FragPunk will be released for the PC (Steam) and Xbox Series X|S sometime in 2025. An exact release date and time is yet to be announced but we’ll update this article with new information as it comes out!
FragPunk Alpha Test
FragPunk has concluded its first official Closed Alpha Test that started in June 27 and came to a close this past July 1st. Specifically, it started at June 27, 8 p.m. EDT / 5 p.m. EDT and ended on July 2, 2:59 a.m. EDT / July 1, 11:59 p.m. Look to the table below to see when it started and when it ended in your respective regions!
Those who had hurried up to join had so much fun! Players could've tried their hand in getting into the Closed Alpha, provided they reside in the United States and Canada, by requesting access on their official Steam Page when it was available.

FragPunk Closed Beta Test
For those who missed the alpha play test last June, you can now try out FragPunk by signing up to be one of their beta tester that will be starting on October 10 at 3:00 p.m. PDT. The closed beta will end on October 21 at 5:00 p.m. PDT. You can apply by going to their Steam page and register by clicking "Request Access", or sign up for the Xbox by installing the Xbox Insider Hub app then joining FragPunk's insider program.
