For The King 2 Story Plot
The kingdom of Fahrul, once fought over to avenge the death of a murdered king, has fallen to the tyrannical grip of a corrupted monarch. It is up to Fahrul’s defenders, adventurers old and new, to take up arms against the evil queen and resist the tide of her minions.
For The King 2 Gameplay
For The King 2’s gameplay looks similar to that of its predecessor, relying heavily on turn-based RPG mechanics and overworld exploration to progress through the game. As if to bank on the clear D&D inspiration further, dice rolls represent each attack’s likelihood to hit, each spell’s chance to cause status effects, and each overworld encounter’s outcome. The Focus mechanic from the first game seems to be absent, but the weapon and armor customization seems to have survived the sequel treatment.
