ARC Raiders Release Date and Time
Slated For Release In 2025, Second Technical Test Coming Up
ARC Raiders will be released sometime in 2025 for PC (Steam, Epic Games), PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. Additionally, you can sign up to playtest the game before the game releases. The second technical test will be held for five days, from April 30th to May 4th, 2025. Interested players can head on over to the ARC Raiders official website and register to get a chance to try out the game on PC, PlayStation 5, or Xbox Series X|S. Announcement History
Second Technical Test Opening On April 30, 2025
A new playtest phase is taking place starting April 30th and will last until May 8th. Players can sign up through the official website for a chance to try it out on PC (Steam, Epic Games), PlayStation, or Xbox.
First Gameplay Reveal Trailer Released November 2024
A gameplay reveal trailer was dropped on November 13, 2024, featuring a squad of three Raiders on a quest to obtain valuable items from within the Buried City of Southern Calabretta, trying not to get caught by ARC or other rival Raiders.
First Technical Test Held From October 24-27, 2024
It was announced last October 22 that the game will have an open Tech Test where interested players can sign up to playtest the game on their Steam page.
To Be Released in 2025 as Announced in gamescom 2024
After a long time of radio silence, ARC Raiders was announced to be tentatively releasing in 2025 during gamescom Opening Night Live 2024.
Shifting from Free-to-Play to Paid Premium Title
Embark Studios also announced that ARC Raiders will no longer be a free-to-play title like it was initially announced. The reason behind the $40 price tag was so that Embark Studios could "create an engaging, balanced, and replayable action survival experience."
Delayed Indefinitely By Embark Studios
Embark Studios delays ARC Raiders after the success of The Finals. This was done so that the developers could focus on updates on The Finals.

ARC Raiders was initially revealed as Embark Studio’s upcoming title to be released in 2022.
