During the Capcom Spotlight event, Yoshiaki Hirabayashi, the producer of Resident Evil 4, revealed that the Chainsaw Demo would be available on the same day, March 9th, 2023.
Unlike demos for previous Resident Evil titles, players can enjoy the RE4 Remake's Chainsaw Demo without any time constraints. The Chainsaw Demo is set at the beginning of the game, where Leon first arrives at the European village.
