The game will be primarily set in a period of the "Five Dynasties and Ten Kingdoms," where the studio sees a fresh take into tackling ancient Chinese history. Lyu describes it as "a time of great turbulence and change and represents the perfect setting for our young hero to carve their path and discover their destiny."

Lyu shares his excitement in the seamless open world they’ve crafted, filled with different regions populated with breathtaking landscapes rich with ancient Chinese history and culture. Lastly, the combat will of course be inspired by Chinese martial arts and the fantastical elements of Wuxia, so expect some grounded battles mixed with exaggerated law-defying moves!
