Warframe: 1999 cannot be pre-ordered anywhere, as it is an expansion set to be released for the game for free upon release. Players will merely need to boot Warframe up and let it update, then fulfill certain requirements in-game (such as advancing in the story enough) in order to access Warframe: 1999 once it has come out.
Warframe and Warframe: 1999 respectively is and will be free-to-play on Steam, the Epic Games store, the PlayStation store, the Xbox Store, the Nintendo eShop, and the Apple App store, where its Android version through the Google Play store still has yet to be released.
