Pokemon Need To Relax Too
Netflix just released a trailer for an upcoming Pokemon stop motion show and we are all for it! Entitled Pokemon Concierge, the show is about Haru, a young woman who starts her job at the Pokemon Resort as a Pokemon concierge. As her job title suggests, her job is to ensure that the Pokemon guests at the resort are all having a great time. The problem is that, unlike people, Pokemon generally can’t talk. Haru must then try to figure out what the Pokemon want and how to serve them.
The show was made by Dwarf Studios, an animation studio known for Rilakkuma and Kaoru, another stop motion series, which was rated 8.2/10 by IMDB, and received a rare Rotten Tomatoes score of 100%. Haru, the main character of the show, is voiced by Karen Fukuhara, who is best known for her roles as Kimiko in The Boys, and Katana in Suicide Squad.
From what we saw in the trailer, it looks like one of the main characters other than Haru is an adorable Psyduck. The lovable water/psychic Pokemon is seen in a lot of the scenes featured in the trailer.
Pokemon Concierge will be up on Netflix on December 28th, 2023.
