Hollow Knight DLC
Throughout its lifespan, Hollow Knight has received four free DLC expansions that were later bundled together in the Voidheart Edition for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
These additional chapters include the following:
Hidden Dreams
On August 3, 2017, Hollow Knight expanded its world with the release of the Hidden Dreams DLC. This free update introduced two new bosses, more enemies, fresh music and upgrades, balanced gameplay adjustments, and the Dreamgates, which players to traverse Hallownest with newfound ease.
The Grimm Troupe
Released on October 26, 2017, The Grimm Troupe DLC added an extra chapter to the main game, involving the titular troupe and their quest to complete a ritual with the help of the player-controlled Knight. Similar to the previous DLC, this expansion features new bosses, NPCs, charms, and an entire mini-story to unravel.
Lifeblood
Just a few months after The Grimm Troupe DLC, Team Cherry released the Lifeblood DLC on April 20, 2018. While not as substantial as the previous DLCs, Lifeblood focused on enhancing certain aspects of the game, such as buffing specific bosses and Charms.
Godmaster
Originally named Gods & Glory, Hollow Knight's Godmaster DLC released on August 23, 2018. It introduced new bosses, enemies, NPCs, locations, and an entirely new challenge mode: Pantheons. Pantheons are boss trials, each featuring a select set of bosses for players to conquer.
Hollow Knight Pre-Order
Hollow Knight is available for purchase on Steam, GOG, the PlayStation Store, the Nintendo eShop, and the Xbox Store. The game costs $14.99 and already includes all of the aforementioned DLC.
