Returning from Garou: Mark of the Wolves, Kim Jae Hoon makes a comeback, bringing his disciplined taekwondo style and sense of justice to the roster. Voiced by Howard Wang in English and Shun’ichi Toki in Japanese, Kim follows in the footsteps of his father, Kim Kaphwan, as he enters the King of Fighters tournament while grappling with his own identity and ideals.
