Fallout's 2nd Season Might Include New Vegas Character

Image

Fallout Live Action Creators just teased the involvement of a character from the New Vegas spinoff who will be making an appearance in its second season. Read on to learn more about who it could be.

SPOILER WARNING - There will be spoilers regarding the ending of the Fallout TV Show and some parts about Fallout: New Vegas.

Fallout TV Show Creators Confirm New Vegas Character’s Appearance in Season Two

With the smashing success of the Fallout live-action series, it comes as no surprise that the show was immediately picked up for a second season by Amazon. The compelling journey of Lucy, Maximus, and The Ghoul has been phenomenal, to the point where it racked up a record number of around sixty five million viewers in over two weeks. But what does the second season have in store for the wanderers of the Wasteland?

The House Sometimes Wins?

The first season of the TV show ends with the arrival of Lucy’s father, Hank MacLean, to the Mojave Wasteland, which means that the second season will take place in the now ruined New Vegas. It’s important to note that the show takes place fifteen years after the events of the spinoff, Fallout: New Vegas.

One of the key players during the events of the spinoff is the de-facto leader of New Vegas and founder of RobCo Industries, Robert House, or more commonly known as Mr. House. In the spinoff, his faction is one of the game's major forces that the player could choose to ally or eliminate, and the outcome of the player's decisions would be explained in the game's many different endings.

Fallout TV show producer Graham Wagner stated in an interview with Variety that "Many of our lead characters are Vegas-bound," and remarked that "Las Vegas in the world of Fallout is Robert House's town. Robert House will be involved in season two." Fellow producer and writer, Geneva Robertson-Dworet, also added that he "might have something to do with it".

House was already revealed to be a part of the show when one of the flashback scenes showed him meeting with the other Vault-Tec leaders, where they arranged and orchestrated the events of the nuclear bombing and afterwards. While his involvement in the second season is still unknown, whether it be a major involvement in the show’s narrative or another appearance in a flashback, we can only speculate as no details regarding the second season’s story have been revealed.
