EA recently held its Q4 and full fiscal year earnings report, and confirmed in its press release and earnings calls a lineup of games slated for launch for the rest of the year to the next.

In Q2 2024, players can expect titles like Immortals of Aveum, Madden 24, and EA Sports FC to hit the shelves. Additionally, EA Sports NHL 24 is slated for release in Q3 2024. While these titles offer exciting prospects, the spotlight falls on the two undisclosed games mentioned in its earnings presentation.

According to various reports, the two titles could include a partner game published through its EA Originals label, which is expected to be released well before Q1 2025. Daniel Ahmad, Director of Research & Insights at Niko Partners, suggested it is related to Dragon Age, "which has already been announced but isn't dated," asserting that one of the mystery titles is BioWare‘s Dragon Age: Dreadwolf, which EA planned to fully reveal this summer. BioWare GM Gary McKay said in October last year that the game had reached "alpha status."

On the other hand, as gleaned from EA's Q4 FY23 earnings report, these two unannounced games refer to one "EA Sports title" and one "Racing title." EA is releasing F1 24, the seventeenth entry in the F1 racing series by devs Codemasters, this month. This leaves room for new entries in other racing series such as WRC/Rally, Grid, and Need for Speed (NFS).

As for the EA Sports game, there were no further details to go on. The company confirmed it is launching EA College Football '25, from the football series previously known as EA NCAA Football, in FY25. EA likewise confirmed earlier this year that the game is set for a full reveal this May. This could denote either the annual full release from the UFC series or new entries in EA's golf or baseball video games series this year.
