Project Q - Handheld Console
During the PlayStation Showcase, Sony CEO Jim Ryan made an announcement regarding Project Q. Sony plans to release a new handheld device later this year, which will enable gamers to stream and play games from the PlayStation 5.
Project Q Key Features
Project Q boasts an 8-inch high-definition screen and incorporates all the buttons and functionalities found in the DualSense wireless controller. Even though it can only stream games over Wi-Fi, which is a drawback, it may be an excellent choice for PS5 gamers who want to play on the go. All PS5 games, except for VR games, will be compatible with it.
This portable console offers a fascinating chance to investigate the possibility of cloud-based gaming. Although at first glance, it seems similar to the Nintendo Switch, its primary purpose is to stream games from the PS5 to a portable screen.
PlayStation Earbuds
In addition to Project Q, Sony unveiled PlayStation earbuds during the showcase, enhancing the wireless gaming experience.
