Final Fantasy XIV Stormblood Expansion Inclusions
New Areas: Ala Mhigo and Doma
Be immersed in the new locales of Ala Mhigo and Doma, complete with their distinct cultural influences from the Far East. As you journey through these lands, you'll have the opportunity to master new abilities and unleash powerful combos as you encounter monks and samurai. And remember to explore the bustling Far Eastern city of Kugane, where new adventures and experiences await.
But that's not all - the Stormblood expansion also introduces an exciting range of new dungeons and raids, including the challenging 8-man raid in the Interdimensional Rift─Omega, and the epic alliance raid of Return to Ivalice. For those seeking even more significant challenges, there's the Forbidden Land of Eureka, where brave adventurers can test their skills against new foes and earn great rewards. There is also a new residential area called Shirogane that players can call their home.
Additional Jobs: Mage and Samurai
With the addition of two new jobs, Red Mage and Samurai, you'll have even more options for customizing your character and mastering combat arts.
As a Red Mage, you'll use your sword and magicked crystal medium to move in and out of combat, assault enemies with red magic, and chain spells for maximum damage. Or, as a Samurai, you'll wield your katana to slice through foes, building up your power to unleash it in powerful combos.
Battle and Inventory Improvements
Stormblood expansion has everything you've been waiting for and more! With an increase in the level cap from 60 to 70, you'll have new goals to strive for and exciting challenges to conquer.
But that's not all! We've also changed the battle system, creating a more dynamic and engaging combat experience. Get into the action as you encounter new primals and beastmen, such as Lakshmi and the Ananta, Susano, and Kojin.
To help you on your journey, we've added new gear and crafting recipes, allowing you to customize your character and equipment to your heart's content. And with an expanded item inventory, you'll never have to worry about leaving anything behind during your adventures.
