Virtua Fighter 5 R.E.V.O., set to release on January 28, 2025, is the PC Steam port of Virtua Fighter 5 Ultimate Showdown, a remastered version of the original 2006 game developed by Ryu Ga Gotoku Studio and published by SEGA. Released in 2021, Ultimate Showdown included updated graphics, animations, character costumes, and background music.
The R.E.V.O. edition incorporates all content from Ultimate Showdown along with a 2.0 update, which introduces new moves, combos, balance adjustments, 4k Support, updated textures, and rollback netcode for improved online performance.
