Survival Machine Overview
Survival Machine is a 4 player 3rd person co-op survival-adventure title developed by indie developer Grapes Pickers and published by Games Operators and PlayWay S.A. where players live on an enormous Machine that has it all—it’s the base of operations, combat fortress, and mode of transport, all in one place. Players then trek across diverse landscapes in an ever-changing world to gather resources, craft tools and upgrades, and build structures to make their mobile base even better.
By day, the squad or solo player would be exploring these colorful lands not only full of materials to craft with, but also engaging challenges and mysteries about the world to uncover. The more you look around, the more you come across hidden treasures, battle arenas, and platforming challenges. Come night, the party should be ready to defend their homestead from hostile waves of zombies threatening to send you to an early death.
Survival Machine Gameplay
Players navigate around the world aboard a massive Machine that also serves as the homestead, combat, fortress, and transport. The game employs elements of combat, exploration, base building, and resource gathering, providing playstyles for all types of players. Exploring the world by day allows them to discover new biomes as well as gather essential resources for upgrading weapons, tools, and building structures to turn their mobile fortress into a powerhouse. Players can also train their own combat skills, polishing their usage of bows, slingshots, firearms, or swords. With all of its functions, the Machine constantly needs upgrades to be able to trek across extreme weather conditions as well as to fend off relentless zombie attacks at night.
