Saros Overview
Saros is an upcoming game being developed by Housemarque Games and published by Sony. It acts as a spiritual successor for the studio's previous third-person action game, Returnal.
Players will follow Arjun Devraj, played by Hollywood actor Rahul Rohli, as he explores a far-off colony in the planet of Carcosa that’s being haunted by an ominous eclipse. Arjun, a powerful Soltari Enforcer, will go through a hauntingly emotional character study that explores what it takes to create a new future. Though he will be defeated time and time again, he will pick himself right back up once more to "Come Back Stronger" as he strives to find who he is looking for.

Saros Gameplay
Saros is said to be an evolution from Returnals’ third-person roguelite shooter. However, the developers stated that, in contrast to their previous game, Saros will do away with the roguelite elements and will feature permanent resources and progression that will highlight each ‘death,’ allowing players to amass weapons, armors, and upgrades after each ‘run.’
An extended gameplay preview is said to be released down the line in 2025.
