This and its predecessor draws inspiration from the legendary tales of Robin Hood.

Robin Hood: Sherwood Defenders combines traditional tower defense elements with resource management and action combat. Players can build structures such as towers, walls, traps, and gates to fortify positions against enemy waves.
In true tower-defense fashion, resource production buildings are essential for generating the means to upgrade defenses and recruit soldiers. However, players can control Robin Hood directly and utilize his archery and swordsmanship skills in battles. Progressing through the game unlocks new buildings, defenses, units, and arrow types.
