⚫︎ Divinity director Swen Vincke teased the ending of the game after rolling a 19 on a Persuasion roll. After rolling a 1d20 prior to questioning, Swen says that the game "ends with a lot of fire."

Divinity Overview
Divinity is Larian Studios’ next major title, continuing to build upon the Larian Studios franchise of the same name, which was first established in 2002 with Divine Divinity. Since then, 8 games set in the Divinity universe have been released, with the latest being Divinity: Original Sin II in 2017.
The majority of Divinity games, including this upcoming one, are set in Rivellon, a land of fantasy shaped by magic, divine beings, and people of all sorts of races, like elves, dwarves, orcs, and lizards. As the name implies, much of the series’ over-arching narrative revolves around powerful beings from a higher plane of existence, their conflicts, and how they affect the people of the mortal realm.
Divinity Gameplay
Larian Studios has yet to reveal any details about Divinity’s gameplay other than the fact that it will be a turn-based RPG. Larian had previously explored various RPG styles but has now decided to continue their streak of turn-based games for Divinity.
The Divinity series began with classic, old-school isometric RPGs Divine Divinity and Beyond Divinity. After that, the franchise pivoted to action-oriented third-person RPGs featuring real-time combat. Most recently, Larian went back to their turn-based roots with Divinity: Original Sin I and II being turn-based CRPGs.
