Sea Power Naval Combat in the Missile Age Story Plot
Conflict has broken out in Central Europe as the US Navy fights off the Soviet offensive consisting of bombers and submarines on their mission to reinforce the NATO defense in Europe. While in the Persian Gulf, the tension between Iran and Iraq is at an all-time high, as it’s on the brink of escalating into a full-scale war between superpowers as they attack each other in neutral territories. And in the Norwegian Sea, a heavily outnumbered Soviet force fights the massive US Navy bound for Norway in an effort to stop their advance.
Sea Power Naval Combat in the Missile Age Gameplay
Sea Power lets you control NATO and Warsaw Pact ships to simulate modern naval conflict. Gun it out with Boghammars on the surface, eliminate aerial threats with long-range missiles, and hunt stealthy submarines with aircraft and other surface ships with advanced weaponry and sensors to be used at your discretion.
Play an elaborate game of cat and mouse on the high seas in real-time naval combat. Hide your forces while tracking the opposition to seize the initiative and use the element of surprise to your advantage. Take care to observe the rules of engagement as causing incidents may lead to escalation.
Fight in different seas like the North Atlantic, Persian Gulf, Gulf of Tonkin, and Mediterranean. Adapt to the dynamic time of day and weather per engagement set in the Cold War era between the 1960’s and 1980’s. Relive and create both historical and fictional scenarios in the game’s dynamic campaign and scenario editor. Control over 150 Naval units, including original ships and over 60 different aircraft with advanced flight and ship physics.
