Hyper Light Breaker is an open-world online roguelike game that allows players to explore an infinite number of open worlds, create an unlimited number of load-outs, and experience endless deaths (that, hopefully, you don't get tired of).
The game trailer features some aesthetic elements similar to the popular Action Adventure game, The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild, such as gliding, open-world exploration, and fighting monsters. Being compared to Breath of the Wild has its cons though. Some might say that Hyper Light Breaker is just capitalizing on the trend BotW set, but Hyper Light Breaker offers plenty of unique features that give it its own distinct identity.
The game's vibrant worlds provide players infinite possibilities for fun, challenge, and lore. Players can explore vast and ever-changing worlds with their friends, uncover secrets, and battle enemies.
Since Hyper Light Breaker is not directly related to Hyper Light Drifter, a game from the same developer, players can expect some degree of similarity but also plenty of differences between the two as well. With that being said, Hyper Light Breaker is definitely taking a more ambitious approach.
