Plan B: Terraform Early Access on Steam
Thanks to all the feedback from the official demo, Developer Gaddy Games has announced that players can now get instant access and start playing the game, Plan B: Terraform via Steam on February 15, 2023.
However, keep in mind that this game is now in Early Access, so there will be a lot of technical bugs and in-game issues, but with a wider player-base to gather feedback from, we can hope that these issues will be ironed out for the official release.

Plan B: Terraform Overview
Plan B: Terraform is a strategy game set in the near future where humanity is forced to put together a Plan B as Earth has struggled to curb global warming and other catastrophic consequences. Players are tasked to make the planet more hospitable for human life by building a colony for Earth's survivors and creating terraforming devices to influence vegetation growth, temperature, and form bodies of water.
