Tales of Seikyu Pre-Orders
As of writing, Tales of Seikyu can currently only be wishlisted on Steam, with its price still uncertain. Therefore, it cannot be pre-ordered and currently has no pre-order bonuses.
Additionally, as they reached their milestone in the Kickstarter campaign, the game will eventually be released for the PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and the Nintendo Switch. The console storepages has yet to receive public store pages, and thus cannot be wishlisted nor pre-ordered.

Tales of Seikyu DLC
As of writing, Tales of Seikyu has no planned DLC or expansions, but rather an extensive roadmap from its Kickstarter campaign for the game’s planned full content. However, not every stretch goal listed was reached, and therefore could become DLC down the line upon the game’s launch and if the developers seek to still implement them.
