Sqex Pets Brings Themed Pet Goods from Square Enix Franchises

Square Enix has announced the launch of Squex Pets, a new merchandise shop in Japan dedicated to fur babies.

Featuring designs inspired by iconic franchises such as Final Fantasy, Kingdom Hearts, and Dragon Quest, Square Enix launched its merchandise shop, Squex Pets, in Japan. FF7 and Kingdom Hearts game designer Tetsuya Nomura supervised the collection's production.

Among the products showcased are various themed leashes, bandanas, and even a Buster Sword toy, reminiscent of the iconic weapon wielded by FF hero Cloud. Square Enix showed on Twitter (X) a glimpse of the range of products under development.

Fans in Japan can expect to shell out money for an upcoming collection of Moogle beds, plush toys, and more for their pets. These items were confirmed to be available currently only in Japan, with no mention of a global release.
