Ragnarok Online 3 Launched Full Gameplay Trailer
The Newest Chapter of Ragnarok Online Coming Soon
Ragnarok Online 3 (RO3) just dropped a full gameplay trailer of the upcoming MMORPG, putting viewers a trip down memory lane in the land of Midgard. The three-minute teaser video showcased snippets of walking through town, combat footage of different classes and skills, the 10-Player Dungeon, and the exhilarating Guild League.
Developed by Gravity and JoyMaker, RO3 serves as a direct sequel to the classic Ragnarok Online, blending the nostalgic feel of the series with updated 3D graphics. Classic jobs such as Lord Knight and High Wizard are still included, and player-driven economies and community interaction continue to shape up the game world.
The video description reads, "Do you still remember that first step into Midgard, the thrill and wonder of the unknown? Do you remember the partings and reunions at the South Gate of Prontera? From Novice to Knight, Hunter, Crusader… We stood guard over the crystals time and again, and fought under the starry skies of Morroc, shoulder to shoulder. Today, our story begins a new chapter."
Pioneer Test Recruitment Now Open
In a post on the game's official Facebook account on July 29, RO3 announced that the recruitment for their Pioneer Test is now open. This latest round of testing will be a limited, non-paid, data-wipe test for players in Taiwan/Hong Kong/Macau, Thailand, Indonesia, Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, and South Korea.
For those interested, they may join by filling out a survey qualification form that is linked to RO3's announcement post. Qualified players will receive a notification via email and through RO3's official Discord server. There will also be more testing opportunities in the future so those who will not be accepted can look forward to more chances to try out the game.
RO3 promised to share more updates including installation guides, gameplay FAQs, and in-game event previews for the upcoming Pioneer Test. As of writing, there is no release date or window announced, but with this full gameplay video, it may be coming sooner than later.
