Pokémon has shared more details about its upcoming November event, Pokemon Go Wild Area, with an in-person event in Japan further detailed!

Pokemon GO Wild Area: Global and Fukuoka Event Details Announced

Global Event Tickets On Sale Now, Fukuoka Event Ticketing Starts Soon!

Pokémon GO gears up for an exciting event weekend next month, with the launch of its global event, Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global, on November 23. Trainers who want to touch grass, an in-person Pokémon GO Wild Area: Fukuoka event will take place in Fukuoka, Japan a week earlier, starting November 16.

Tickets for GO Wild Area: Global are now on sale and can be purchased through the official Pokémon Go website. Tickets for this event come with limited-time boxes and bundles. Moreover, qualified Trainers will receive Timed Research along with an early access reward of the themed avatar item, Toxel Mask, provided they meet two conditions:

　⚫︎　Purchse tickets for Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global by October 22
　⚫︎　Play Pokémon GO between October 15 and October 22

However, do note that all players, regardless of whether they have a ticket or not, can participate in the event gameplay and bonuses during Pokémon GO Wild Area: Global!

Meanwhile, the event ticketing for Pokémon GO Wild Area: Fukuoka, on the other hand, will commence at a later date. One-day tickets for Pokémon GO Wild Area: Fukuoka cost 3,600 Yen, plus applicable taxes and fees, which will be approximately 25 USD. Do note that tickets for Pokémon GO Wild Area: Fukuoka are limited.

Pokémon GO Wild Area 2024 will feature an "unexplored expanse populated by Electric- and Poison-type Pokémon," the company shared in its announcement. During the event, Trainers may have higher chances of encountering Toxtricity, the only known 'mon that can have the Punk Rock ability. Dynamax Toxtricity may also be encountered by completing Max Battles during the event and as a Special Research reward encounter. Additionally, new GO Safari Balls will debut during the event. These are Poké Balls designed to make capturing wild Pokémon much easier.
