Rabbit & Bear Studios, the developers of Eiyuden Chronicle, shared through an Ask Me Anything (AMA) on Reddit that they are moving forward with a sequel for Eiyuden Chronicle: Hundred Heroes. The post was made 7 days ago in preparation for the live AMA that streamed on April 18, 2024.
This comes after the passing of the creator of Eiyuden Chronicle, Yoshitaka Maruyama. He passed away last February 6 due to complications with an ongoing illness. Maruyama started the journey of Eiyuden Chronicle in 2020 with the help of his fans through a Kickstarter. Some of the games he worked on can be found below:
