Everything Announced in the Annapurna Interactive New Release Stage
A Sneak Peek Into Utopia, D-Topia

Hosted by TGS 2025 official MC Shohei Taguchi, the stream opened with introductions of the special guests joining him on stage. He was joined by Annapurna Interactive representatives president Hector Sanchez and Head of Games Leanne Loombe, as well as Marumittu Games’ developers Kensaku Nakata and Akira Mitsuhashi, and comedian Nishimura Mizuki. This was followed by a live gameplay showcase, highlighting the opening sequence of D-topia.
Players were shown the initial moments leading up to entry into the residential area of D-topia, before being transported into a clean and orderly world designed to evoke harmony and security. A receptionist droid serves as a guide, offering approachable support and reinforcing the sense of safety within this controlled environment.
The world is presented as flawless on the surface, yet its management by AI introduces contrasting perspectives. While some characters regard it as an ideal system, others express concerns about the extent of its control. Core daily activities, such as eating breakfast, freshening up, and undergoing health check-ups, are woven into the gameplay loop, grounding players in the rhythms of life within D-topia.
A Day in the Life of a D-Topia Facilitator

Beyond these personal tasks, players take on the role of a facilitator and must report to work at a spacious factory. Here, they can interact with fellow facilitators, but the primary responsibility is solving daily puzzles. During the showcase, the first set of puzzles was revealed, beginning from Level 1-1 and progressing through Level 4-1. At the end of each stage, players are graded based on their score and the speed at which they completed the puzzles.

After completing their factory work in the morning, players can spend the afternoon exploring the wider world, meeting new residents, and assisting them with various tasks that gradually move the story forward. Among the characters introduced during the showcase is a short, stout child with blonde hair and glasses, who seems to

D-Topia

Developed by Marumittu Games, D-topia is a casual puzzle-adventure game scheduled for release in 2026. Players take on the role of a newly hired facilitator tasked with solving puzzles to keep residents happy and the community running smoothly. As players progress, they will encounter a variety of puzzles integrated into the world, meet diverse residents, and make choices that influence whether the utopia thrives in joy or falls into despair. The game also features segments where players must shift between the utopia and its hidden ‘Block Side’ to repair glitches and uncover secrets within the story.
People of Note

Developed by Iridium Studios and slated for release in 2026, People of Note is a turn-based RPG with musical elements. Players take on the role of Cadence, an aspiring solo artist who embarks on a journey to become a true star by recruiting fellow musicians. The adventure spans diverse locations across the world of Note, including the rock capital of Durandis and the EDM-driven city of Lumina.
Combat blends traditional turn-based mechanics with rhythm gameplay, requiring players to time their actions to the beat of the music for enhanced effects. Battles evolve in real time as tracks shift, and party composition allows for creative mashups of different genres. Beyond combat, the world of Note features puzzles and enemies inspired by a wide range of musical styles.
Demi and the Fractured Dream

Developed by Yarn Owl Studios, Demi and the Fractured Dream is an action-adventure fantasy title planned for release in 2026. Players take on the role of Demi, a Voidsent guided by a mysterious voice to defeat accursed beasts and save the world of Somnus. The journey spans diverse regions, from the Desert Kingdom to the Marsh Kingdom, with each area offering unique challenges. Demi harnesses the power of the voice, which grants abilities while gradually consuming her. Gameplay features dungeons, environmental puzzles, platforming segments, and large-scale boss battles, drawing inspiration from the classic Zelda formula.
