Hogwarts Legacy PS4 and Xbox One Version Release Date

Developer Avalance Software and Publisher Warner Bros. Games recently announced on Hogwarts Legacy's Official Twitter and website that the versions for PS4 and Xbox One will be delayed, moving its intended release date from April 4, 2023 to May 5, 2023. The post explained that the team needs more time to deliver the "best possible experience" on all platforms. We can expect that it will have additional loading screens to break up the game's seamless open world and heavy assets.
Despite being disappointed by the news, fans who were hoping for the game to arrive on PS4 and Xbox One seem to agree with the delay since the other versions of the game currently experiencing fairly severe technical issues such as item glitches, constant stuttering, and massive fps drop. It's obvious that this will be a huge problem for previous-generation consoles and hardware, so it's better to wait than play a faulty version of the game.
So far, neither the official website nor the tweet post mentioned that Nintendo Switch will also be delayed, so we can assume that it will still follow the planned release date which is on July 25, 2023.
