Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Official Co-Op Gameplay Trailer
Announced during the latest PlayStation State of Play, Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League is a third-person open world adventure that will be available for PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, PC, Xbox One, and Xbox Series X on May 26, 2023. The 6 minute long co-op gameplay trailer reveals that players will play as the titular team, the Suicide Squad, rescuing Lex Luthor as they fight against Brainiac's corrupted soldiers, which includes the corrupted Justice League members with the exception of Wonder Woman. Players can play solo and swap between characters in the single player campaign or participate in the online co-op multiplayer mode.

Co-Op Multiplayer Gameplay
Players can team up with up to four players and complete missions, including boss fights with the co-op multiplayer feature in Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League. Each player will be able to control one of the four playable characters and take on roles of tank as King Shark, sniper as Deadshot, a makeshift speedster in Captain Boomerang, and an acrobat in Harley Quinn.
The Official FAQ section of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League also announced that the game also supports crossplay, allowing players to play with each other on different platforms. However, keep in mind that the co-op multiplayer mode does not support local co-op and will be available exclusively online.
Four Playable Characters
The Official Co-Op Gameplay Trailer features four playable characters that have their own unique and distinct abilities. Players will be able to change their character's skin and equip different types of gear and weapons to increase their damage output. We're all familiar with the Suicide Squad, but here's a list of them and their skills:

Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League Overview
The game begins with Amanda Waller forming a squad of Arkham Asylum inmates for a mission in Metropolis. Upon their arrival, they discovered Brainiac’s plan to invade Earth. The Suicide Squad's final mission is to eliminate Brainiac and the mind-controlled members of the Justice League to stop the invasion.
New Story That Takes Place Five Years After Arkham Knight
The story of Suicide Squad: Kill the Justice League takes place five years after the events of Batman: Arkham Knight and will have a few related narrative elements present in the game. Since the game will feature both Gotham and Metropolis City, we think that it's possible that the game will give us a tour of well-known DC locations as the game progresses.
