Dreams of Another Overview
Dreams of Another is an upcoming action-adventure shooting game being developed by Q-Games, directed by multimedia artist Baiyon, and being published by Sony. It is the latest entry in the ‘Pixeljunk’ franchise under Q-Games, and is the first full title where Baiyon had full direction over all aspects of the game, including gameplay, writing, art, and music. The game was created under the theme of "e;No Creation Without Destruction."
In Dreams of Another, players will follow two characters, The Man in Pajamas, and The Wandering Soldier, as they navigate a dreamworld where shooting the floating cloud voxels allows them to materialize objects into existence. They will be able to interact with various sentient inanimate objects and be philosophically questioned with regards to the objects’ existences, and the characters’ past and emotions.
Players will guide the two as they go on a journey of self-realization and explore their own tragic pasts.

Dreams of Another Gameplay
Dreams of Another is a third-person action-adventure shooter game where players will control two characters with the ability to manifest and materialize objects in a dream-like worldspace full of floating cloud voxels. The main theme of the game is to create and destroy, and thus players will be able to acquire different firearms that can be fired off against the environments and result in the creation of different objects. Some of those formed are fully conscious, and can be interacted with by the player, leading to philosophical and existential bouts where both the in-game characters and players will be faced with intellectual conundrums.
