Coffee Talk Tokyo Overview
Coffee Talk Tokyo is the third installment of the cozy coffee-brewing simulator and visual novel, Coffee Talk, set to release on March 5, 2026 for PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One and PC. Players will step into the shoes of a barista as serve drinks in an all-new cafe in Tokyo, hearing the stories from both human and yokai customers alike. Players will need to mix the right drinks and immerse in the worries and happy moments of the clients.
The game is centered around the same drink mixing and brewing mechanic with an all new cast and setting that deviates from the first game’s fantasy Seattle. Coffee Talk Tokyo introduces a cast of humans and yokais such as Kappas, Kitsunes, Yuki Onnas, and more all living in a fantasy Tokyo this time around.

Coffee Talk Tokyo Gameplay
Coffee Talk Tokyo follows in the footsteps of the first Coffee Talk by putting players behind the counter as a barista of a newly-opened cafe. Players must mix ingredients together to make drinks that satisfies the requests of their customers.
There are multiple combinations of drinks that you can make with the addition of cold beverages, which were previously cut during development in the first Coffee Talk game. Latte art makes a reappearance, debuting sprinkle stencils that will let players add powdery motifs to their designs.
Much like the first Coffee Talk, Coffee Talk Tokyo revolves around conversations between the customers as they share their worries and joys with players, the barista. Players must navigate through the dialogue to progress the game and the story.
