Everything We Know About Zenless Zone Zero
Zenless Zone Zero Story Plot
Set in a post-apocalyptic metropolitan city called New Eridu, the last urban civilization that survived the apocalypse. As New Eridu continued to survive and thrive, inhabitants were able to combat the materializing "Hollows" that brought disaster, ruin, and the "Ethereal" monsters to life within its pocket dimensions. From within the Hollows, they gathered important resources that helped the surviving city advance.
Eventually, technology advanced and New Eridu received a boom in population and expansion, requiring the need for more exploration and research into the Hollows and the resources they provide. Citizens industrialized and monetized the Hollows, and it became the leading cause of tension between various factions from the government to common street gangs.
Players assume the roles of a Proxy, professionals who act as guides for those who seek to venture into the Hollows. They will be combating the vicious Ethereals while protecting the adventurers, all the while learning more about the overall narrative.
Zenless Zone Zero Gameplay
Zenless Zone Zero will feature very stylish fast-paced action combat with a gorgeously fluid and cinematic art style. Players will be able to execute all sorts of attacks and combos to defeat the dangerous Ethereals. It will also implement rogue-lite features into its exploration.
The game will contain a very expansive cast of playable characters, each representing different teams, all with different styles of combat. The cast of characters still grows to this day as more characters are announced into the roster.
