Spectre Divide has officially launched on Steam as a free-to-play game on September 3rd, 2024. The game went live at 12 p.m. EDT / 9 a.m. PDT, with server support across the US, EU, Asian Pacific and Australian time zones.

August 22 Update: PlayTest Wraps Up!
Spectre Divide's Closed beta has concluded with an astounding amount of stats, as seen from the embedded post above! However, the most important tidbit we can get from this infographic isn't in the stats, but on the caption of the post, stating that they will finally announce the game's official release date by next week! Stay tuned as we keep an eye on upcoming news!
August 8 Update: Playtest Starts on Aug 13!
Spectre Divide will be holding its first closed beta where the general public has a chance to get in! It will only be available for North America, Europe, and Asia Pacific gamers on PC via Steam, and will start on Aug 13 at 12 p.m. EDT / 9 a.m. PDT, and end on Aug 21, at 9 p.m. EDT / 6 p.m. PDT.
In order to have a chance to get into the closed beta, you may receive a Twitch drop by watching streamers play on the platform, or by requesting access on their official Steam page.
Watching on Twitch will also randomly award watchers exclusive drops only from this closed beta phase, so watch Streamers and try your luck at getting the following cosmetics!

August 4 Update
Spectre Divide has been holding private playests throughout its development cycle before its announcement, and they have been steadily allowing more players to participate in order to further iron out the kinks of the game before its intended release.
Interested players can go on their official Steam page and press 'Request Access' under the Wishlist option and hope to receive an invite for their closed playtests.
Shroud, a former professional Counter-Strike player and one of the main advisors of the game, gave out free access to the playtest for the first 10,000 signups, and it has since then been depleted. Keep an eye out on Shroud and Mountaintop Studios' social medias as they might be running more playtest giveaways in the future!
Is Spectre Divide on Xbox Game Pass?
The game will not be available on Xbox Game Pass, as it will not be heading to any Xbox platforms.
Is Spectre Divide on PS Plus?
The game will not be available for PS Plus, as it will not launch on any PlayStation consoles.
