Dawn of the Monsters has announced its Arcade + Character DLC Pack! This exciting add-on material takes the kaiju war to a new level with thrilling gameplay elements and a highly anticipated new playable character. The release date for this DLC has yet to be announced.
Arcade + Character DLC Pack Features
Arcade Mode
The highlight of this DLC pack is the Arcade Mode, a pick-up-and-play experience that injects a fresh spin into the monster-filled action. Arcade Mode introduces a revamped power-up system that allows players to choose between two options: classic mode, where you can select from a predetermined set of power-ups, or rogue mode, which generates power-ups randomly. This new system adds a layer of strategy and excitement to the gameplay, enhancing the overall experience.
In addition to the power-up system, Arcade Mode also has a Nightmare difficulty as a test of skill and endurance where you aim to achieve high scores. With Nightmare difficulty, only the most skilled players will survive the onslaught of the Nephilim.
Furthermore, Arcade Mode features five unlockable ending illustrations, adding a sense of accomplishment and providing players with a visual reward for their hard-fought victories.
Meteor Temujin - Newest Playable Character
The Arcade + Character DLC Pack also introduces a highly anticipated new playable character: Meteor Temujin. Chosen by the fans through voting, this formidable combining mecha wields three devastating weapons—a sword, an axe, and a hammer. With this deadly arsenal, Meteor Temujin is ready to obliterate enemies in any game mode, unleashing chaos and destruction across the colossal battlefield.
Alongside the new game modes and playable character, the DLC pack also offers an array of additional content to enhance your Dawn of the Monsters experience. Players can enjoy 50 new character skins, including 18 for Meteor Temujin and eight each for Megadon, Ganira, Aegis Prime, and Tempest Galahad. Customize your favorite kaiju and give them a fresh look as you continue your titanic battles.
