Pokemon Sleep is a mobile app developed by The Pokemon Company, reintroduced on Pokemon Day, February 27, 2023.
The app aims to promote healthy sleeping habits among players by gamifying the experience of getting a good night's sleep.
Pokemon Sleep Features
Track Sleep with Snorlax and Professor Neroli
The app features an island where the player's sleep adventure begins, accompanied by Professor Neroli and Snorlax, who studies Pokemon sleep.
To play, users leave their mobile devices besides their bed while sleeping, allowing the app to measure, record, and analyze their sleep patterns.
Based on the analysis, the user's sleep is categorized into three types: Dozing, Snoozing, and Slumbering. Pokemon with similar sleep patterns to the users are gathered around Snorlax.
As users continue to use the app, they will discover in-game Pokemon sleep styles that are unique and specific to each species.
Pokemon Go Plus+ Accessory
Players can use the Pokemon Go Plus+ accessory with the Pokemon Sleep app and the game.
To use the Pokemon Go Plus+, users must press the button before and after sleeping. The app will then measure the user's sleep data and provide voiced feedback from Pikachu, who can even sing lullabies.
By using Pokemon Sleep regularly, players can track the regularity of their sleep while having fun with the app.
Pokemon Go Plus+ will be available on July 14, 2023.
