Pokemon Go Party Play Feature Confirmed
Go Play with Friends
Pokemon Go just confirmed a highly requested feature: Party Play. After teasing the feature in an earlier tweet, Niantic seems to be gearing towards this much anticipated update. The video from X starts with a Mystery Gift, a very nice easter egg for Pokemon fans, and appears to be hinting on the possibility of a 4-player party for the beloved mobile game.
Pokemon Go has been going strong for almost 7 years now, and Niantic continues to dish out new updates and events for the mobile game. Nearly every year sees the release of seasonal content and a consistently updated roster of Pokemon to catch.
Possibly like Monster Hunter Now’s Coop Feature
Monster Hunter Now is Niantic’s latest AR mobile game released August 2023. It also features a multiplayer option to hunt monsters, where players can scan for nearby players and form up to a 4-person party. This feature could be similar to how Pokemon Go plans to implement their Party Play.
All in all, this is very good news for Pokemon fans everywhere.
