Although not overtly difficult, the Harlot of Desire does possess many attacks that complement her strengths. Having even just one wrong party member will make the fight extremely difficult for you, particularly if you employ the use of the wrong Personas and skill sets.

| Fast Travel to the Sapporo Clocktower checkpoint in Sapporo Jail. From there, consult your map and head to the northwest. You'll find the Harlot of Desire standing in the middle of the crossroad. | |

Sophia can cover the Harlot of Desire's weaknesses to Bless and at the same time provide healing skills for the party. However, it is best that she is reserved for the healer role while you stock Joker with Bless and Curse skills to make up for the loss of damage with Sophia.
It is near impossible to not receive damage for this fight. Whenever you strike, be sure to watch out for her moves. Staying close to her for long amounts of time will cause her to warp away while leaving behind a trap that can greatly cause damage against the party.
Try and spam as many skills as you can against her – take advantage of situations when her shields break, stunning her, and allow Makoto to gain Nuclear Affinity to deal extra damage with her melee strikes. Other than that, keep your party's health bar up by having Sophia spam healing skills.
