Raising Your Score at London Loop 2R

Tips for Raising Your Score

Rocket Start

Starting with a Rocket Start will give you the advantage to take an early lead in the race. You can also get the highest bonus score possible if done correctly.

Drifting

This is the reverse course of the London Loop 2. So performing drifts would also be easy. You can perform an Ultra Mini-Turbo Boost at the start of the race. Ultra Mini-Turbo Boost will give you more points than doing Mini and Super Mini-Turbo Boosts.

Obstacles

Chain Chomp

Barrels

There are 2 kinds of obstacles in this course: Chain Chomps and Barrels. Avoid the Chain Chomps as it will slow you down once you get hit by these. Bumping the Barrels will slow you down a bit. But, you can gain points by breaking these. Break these barrels with items you have to increase your score!

Using of Items

Use your items to take advantage and slow down your opponents. Hitting an opponent also gives you extra points. Do not forget to save at least 1 item (except mushroom) to block your opponent's attack when you are in the lead.

Note: You can shuffle these drivers, karts, or gliders if you do not have the others yet. For example, you can select Baby Rosalina, Birthday Girl, and ? Block as your driver, kart, and glider combination.

Generally speaking, position points and gimmicks are the most important.

In order to obtain the most points possible, you should aim for a high position and use items to knock your opponents out of the lead.
