Set your speed to 50cc

By setting your speed to 50cc, it will be easier to drift, and you will be able to drift even more times than you regularly would.

Twist and turn, even on straight roads

Doing 30 mini-turbos in a single race by only drifting on the curves is very difficult. Therefore, you will want to drive so that you can drift while going straight forward toward one side of the road to increase the amount of turbos you can get.

Your drift will be cut off if you run into a wall

One thing to be cautious of when drifting on a straight road is making sure you do not run into a wall, which will end your drift without a mini-turbo.
