In order to obtain the most points possible, you should aim for a high position and use items to knock your opponents out of the lead.
Always start with a Rocket Start. You will get the highest bonus score when you perform the Rocket Start correctly. Rocket Start will also give you an early lead in the race.
Going through road humps, rocks, and water currents will let you perform a jump boosts. You will dash after landing when you perform a jump boost, be sure to take that opportunity to catch up or extend your lead.
Be careful driving around the dinosaur. You will slow down once hit by its foot.
You can take the shortcut by turning right after the mini cave, besides the dinosaur's feet. Get a better position in a race to get more scores!
You can access this shortcut by taking a right turn before the last set of item boxes. Turn-off smart steering to easily access this shortcut. The combo will be shorter compared to the normal route, so we suggest using this shortcut if you are in 4th place and below in the race to maximize the score you can get in a race.
You can perform a long combo inside the cave (right after the last set of item boxes). You can finish the race without breaking the combo, starting at the combo area.
The gliding area in this course is part of the combo area. You can extend gliding time by hitting the head of the dinosaur. Extending gliding time will add more count to your combo.

I saw this shortcut when I first race on this course. I can't access it at before even though I reduced my speed to 50cc. Then later I found out that you need to turn off smart steering in the settings for you to access it lol.
So there's a shortcut inside the cave? Imma play and try it!
