You will need the Sakai Armor as it is the only armor that will increase your Standoff Streak. In its base form, it can increase your Streak by 1, and upgraded will increase it to 2. You can get this armor by completing the Act 2 quest Ghost from the Past, which you will get by playing through the story.
Once you get the Sakai Armor you will next need to fully upgrade it to increase its maximum Standoff Streak. This will take quite a bit of time as you will need a lot of supplies to fully upgrade it.
This is an upgrade that is essential in getting the maximum Standoff Streak to get this Trophy. Getting this requires you to get the Standoff Streak upgrade first. Standoff Streak will cost you 1 Technique Point and Improved Standoff Streak will cost you 2, needing 3 in total.
Once you have upgraded to the maximum Standoff Streak, you will now need to defeat 5 enemies in a Standoff. Only the first enemy will feint, so do not worry about the other 4 doing a feint. A tip for the first Mongol is to watch his feet to see if he is going to feint. Once he moves his feet, he will be going for the attack.
