How to Unlock Who Goes There?

You can unlock this quest by talking to the Comdt. Sanita at the Mardet Security office and asking her if there are any available bounties.

Quest Objectives

Hunt Down and Kill Captain MacRedd

"Based on the bounty listing, Captain MacRedd was last sighted in the Back Bays. Head there and take him out."

In this objective, you do not need to kill Captain MacRedd in order to complete this. You can convince MacRedd to just give you his lighter since it can be used as proof to get the rewards from the bounty.

HachikoBanner.pngGame8 Team You need to have at least 40 Persuade or Intimidate in order to convince MacRedd to give you his lighter.

Claim the Bounty's Reward from Comdt. Sanita

"Mac Redd gave you his lucky lighter to give to Sanita. Go turn it in to resolve his bounty."

After getting the lighter from MacRedd by either killing him or convincing him to give it to you, you can go back to the Mardet's Security office and talk to Sanita to claim your reward and the quest will finish automatically. You get the same rewards whether you kill or convince MacRedd in this quest.

Best Choice

Dealing With MacRedd

It is better to convince MacRedd to give you the lighter instead of stealing the lighter from him since the quest gives you the same amount of rewards regardless of your choice. You also get to prevent having to fight him and all of his men.

To avoid being entirely cut off, they need the old backup relay station operational again. Edna Ingmire in communications hired you to travel to Relay GB-23 and bring the station online.

Weapons From the Void Logs found in the captain's terminal on the Unreliable mention finding a powerful weapon. Perhaps the Halcyon colony contains other weapons which, like this one, push the boundaries of what science can achieve. It would be worthwhile to seek out these devides - these science weapons.
Vulcan's Hammer Orson Shaw, one of Roseway's labcoats, has been tinkering with a prototype pistol. He left schematics for it in the town's Storage Facility, but didn't have a chance to grab them when the marauders attacked. He'd like them returned.
The Amateur Alchemist Vaughn Cortes, one of the labcoats in Roseway, asked you to look into the status of an experiment he left running in Auntie Cleo's Secret Lab, which lies south along the road out of town.
By His Bootstraps A labcoat by the name of Jameson is missing. There's raptidons and marauders about, so his boss, Anton Crane, is (somewhat belatedly) worried for him.
Journey Into Smoke Lillian, Terra 2's friendliest outlaw, evidently dropped a rare, limited-edition Spacer's Choice cigarette case during a scrap with raptidons. She'd be thrilled to get it back.
