Some stages in Pokemon Cafe Mix require you to put Tomatoes in Baskets, which may end up being more challenging that it sounds. Here you can find all our tips and strategies for bagging those delicious Tomatoes more easily!

Basic Tips for Tomatoes

  • Move to the Basket to clear Tomatoes
  • Items and Skills have no effect

Skills and Items Have No Effect

Even if you use skills or link Pokemon next to Tomatoes, they won't break and will stay on the board. To clear them, you have to make them go into the basket below, so make sure you check where the basket is and try to push them in that direction.

Tips on Moving Tomatoes to Baskets

Link and Match Pokemon below them

For Tomatoes to make their way into the basket below, one method is making the Pokemon beneath them disappear by linking them. If there's nothing below them, they will fall down on their own, so try to clear whatever Pokemon or objects that are in their way.

Use Skills and Megaphones below them

Another way to move Tomatoes downwards is by using your Leader's skill or the Megaphones to clear rows or areas below the Tomatoes. To do so, you need to link as many Pokemon as possible in one go, without moving the Tomatoes up by moving too eagerly.
