Shinobi Cards Tier List

High Tier (Best Shinobi Cards)

`title` Starting Dash Really great for weapons that relies on getting bigger with the S-Energy buff it provides. Arguably the best Shinobi card. ★★★★★
`title` Sudden Burst A get out of jail free card for weapons with mobility specials. It's ability refreshes each time you respawn so it can be seen as respawning with two health. ★★★★★

Mid Tier (Great If Used Properly)

`title` Life Drain Allows a full offense playstyle extremely viable. Also great for Stealing Kills. Highly recommended for Yo-yo users. ★★★★☆
`title` Discerning Eye If you plan to stay away from fight and focus on destroying drones. Highly recommended for beginners! ★★★★☆
`title` Gum Guard Master Makes guarding more reliable. The bonuses it's assist code provides is also great if you plan to play defensively. ★★★☆☆
`title` Ninja Sense Pro It's main ability isn't the key point of this shinobi card but it's assist code movement speed+. If used right, gaining a permanent movement speed buff is possible. ★★★☆☆

Low Tier (Avoid Using These)

`title` Master of Change Situational but the life recovery gained can be used to some extent. ★★☆☆☆
`title` Two-Edged Parry Extremely hard to use and too much randomness makes it unreliable. ★☆☆☆☆
`title` Utsusemi Master Easy to play around against. ★☆☆☆☆
`title` Wall Shooter Gum Shoot isn't impressive and the card cost are better used for other things. ★☆☆☆☆
