With the Pegasus Boots, you can now dash for faster travelling. Outside Key Cavern, go back to the right and jump over the platforms. Travel north then to the far east. Head north past the ladder, dash a little to the east, turn south, east again, then north again to a small patch of soil surrounded with flowers. Use your shovel to reveal another warp point. Use this warp point to warp to Dampe's Shack.
Head south and enter Tracy's house and have her apply her Secret Medicine on you again. After this, head outside then travel south again to reach the village.
In the village, head north and find the house whose entrance is surrounded by boulders. Enter the Dream Shrine. Sleep on the bed and you will be transported to another area.
Dash around this area until you reach the stairs nearest to where you started. Ascend the stairs until you reach the top and get the ocarina.
Go down and jump off the ledge on the left side then through the door to return to the Dream Shrine. Go outside once you return.
Head south and speak with Marin near the statue on the left to learn the Ballad of the Wind Fish.
Equip the bombs to either X or Y. Now, lure the fox again to the east until you reach the ladder you climbed down on a while ago. Once at the foot of the ladder, talk to the fox to prevent it from escaping then immediately use a bomb. Climb up the ladder and stop once you reached the top. Wait until the bomb explodes so that the fox will jump towards you. Before the fox reaches you, move forward so it will land on the same spot you were standing on.
Lure the fox back to the warp point on Tal Tal Heights. There should be a ledge on the left of the warp point where you should make the fox jump to. You should be able to do this by luring the fox in front of the ledge, attack the fox while it is facing the ledge, then jump to also make it jump and hopefully land on top of the ledge.
Travel west, clear the rocks to get through north, then continue to the east. Lure the fox again to the far east, south, through the narrow path blocked by a boulder, and down the ladder. You can make the fox fall down the ladder by pushing it to the edge, strike, then block the its attack with your shield.
Lure the fox again to the east until you see a waterfall with a keyhole in front of it. Make sure that you have exactly one and a half heart left and the bomb equipped and you are positioned slightly on the side of the keyhole. Perform the Angler Key Skip using Tracy's Boost on the lock.
After being revived, jump towards the waterfall and go onward to enter Angler's Tunnel.
Once inside, go up the room, walk to the left and get the bombs floating on the upper left as you may have used more than half of your bombs. Go up the stairs at the front of the entrance and travel northeast, making you move one screen above. Continue through the path and head east. Ignore the chest, go down the stairs, use dash jump accross the gap, and go to the next room on the right.
Equip both bombs and the bow and shoot the cracked block on the right with a bomb arrow, breaking the left block. Go to the spot where the cracked block was.
Push the other block to the right and open the chest for a small key. Move up one room.
Destroy the blocks here with a bomb arrow again and get another small key from the chest. Reload your autosave slot.
Back at the entrance, proceed to the next room and defeat the red zol and the two spiked beetles to open the door on the right. Defeat the red zol and spiked beetles here again to unlock the door on the bottom of your screen and continue.
Do a jump attack to break the crystal in front of you and go for the chest and get your third small key. Defeat the four water tektites here to unlock the door, go back to the previous room, then enter the locked room on the right using one of your keys.
Unlock the room on the top right side and proceed. Make your way north and over the gap until you see a locked block. Use a key on it and push the northern block. Go west, south, then begin charging a dash so you can go to the bottom left area in one jump. Go left one screen.
Make your way up past the chest then go right. Open the chest nearby for a small key. Backtrack to the room with two red zols by going left, down, go to the southern end of the room then right, jump your way to the top right area, and go to the next room. Ignore the red zols and enter the locked door with a key where you will fight Cue Ball.
You can just spam properly positioned spin attacks and he will go down within seconds. After the battle, he will leave a fairy behind and open a blue portal. Continue to the next room.
Quickly enter the room to the left before it closes. Defeat the red zols here and open the chest at the top of the stairs to obtain the Flippers.
Reload your autosave slot and go back outside to start skipping to the fifth dungeon.
